Eleven years of large carnivore conservation in the Italian Alps

The province of Trentino in the Italian Alps has been at the centre of large carnivore conservation for many years. The area is best known for its brown bear reintroduction project, but in recent years the natural recovery of wolves and lynx has been getting increasing focus. Their annual reports for the 11 years since 2007 are now easily accessible online, containing lots of details and illustrations.
